This weekend our staff enjoyed spending some time together at Smith Mountain Lake. We went there for a pastors conference, but we really enjoyed just spending time together more than anything else. When we first arrived, we went down to take a 45 minutes boat ride on the lake and we ended up spending twice as long on the lake. We saw some nice homes, but more importantly, we saw the beauty of God’s creation. Even though man made the lake by building a dam, God created the beauty of the mountians and valleys. I loved that place.
While we were there, Dave took us to his favorite golf course. He took the lead on the first hole and kept it until this amazing shot on hole #16. Yeah, it had to be me to take it to him! Check out this shot I made on my Flip Video.
