We are so blessed that our children’s ministry team leader, Val Campbell, has agreed to join our church staff beginning in September! It’s going to be great to have her passion for the kids continue to grow as she gets more time to pray, plan and develop our children’s ministry. It’s going to be cool to add her personality and passion to our office as well. We just kind of feed off of each other. I know she will add so much to our team and to our children! Val, welcome to our staff team!
Additionally, we added our first church planting intern pastor, Jim Hewitt. Jim will be starting a new church beginning in 2009 in the Greenbrier area. Over he coming weeks, I hope you will get the opportunity to meet Jim and hear his heart for this new church. We are so excited about the opportunity to be apart of expanding God’s kingdom. Over the upcoming months, Jim will be speaking on Sunday mornings so that you can get to know him better. Jim, welcome to our staff team!
