This week we were able to purchase a Mac laptop for our church administrator! I have never seen so many people excited in an office about someone else getting a laptop. It’s like a salvation experience! We are all congratulating Bob on his recent accomplishment of getting into the Mac world. And Jeff can’t keep his paws off of it! Additionally, we went ahead and ordered our first Mac for the office. Today was like spring cleaning in the office. Jeff, Dave and I were cleaning out the room where the new Mac will reside. Then that spread to the entire office. I should have bought a Mac a long time ago! I never knew it was such a motivator. Anyway, I found out today that it’s being shipped to us from overseas and hopefully will arrive next Thursday or Friday. (At least I hope it doesn’t come early, I’ll be out of town.) I’ve already said no one can open it if it comes early, but I discovered today that will not happen. The software came today and it was opened within the first 5 minutes even though there was no computer to install it on. With our frustration with Vista, we are all excited to have something that works smoothly.
